Many of you are aware of the Russian Revolution, where on March 1917 Trotsky and 267 Russian, Yiddish speaking jews from the jewish immigrant community in New York City made their way to Petrograd with Schiff’s help to join Lenin in the revolution.

Tsar Nicholas II, the last Emperor of Russia, was forced to abdicate the throne on March 15, 1917 and was later executed along with his family by jewish assassins, Yurovsky, Nikulin,Yermakov, Vaganov on the night of July, 16–17,1918.

Following his execution there was the rise of the German Revolution (November Revolution) which took place from October/November 1918 to August 1919 in which jewish communists led an army of two million, attempting to establish a communist nation in the German Empire which broke out in civil war.

On November 9, 1918 it resulted in the last German Emperor Wilhelm II fleeing. The federal constitutional monarchy was then replaced with a democratic parliamentary republic. The revolutionary period lasted from November 1918 until the adoption of the Weimar Constitution on August 1919. The Weimar Republic remained until Hitler’s rise to power in 1933.
