⠀สำหรับการจัดที่นั่งใหม่จะดำเนินการ��ดยยึดตำแหน่งและลำดับที่นั่งเดิมให้ใกล้เคียงที่สุด ภายใต้ผังการจัดที่นั่งใหม่ของฟีนิกซ์ แกรนด์ บอลรูม และสิทธิประโยชน์ของบัตรทุกประเภทยังคงเป็นไปตามเดิม พร้อมขยายระยะเวลาการลุ้นรับสิทธิ์สำหรับผู้ซื้อบัตร จากเดิม ‘จนถึงวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2026’ เปลี่ยนเป็น ‘จนถึงวันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2026 เวลา 23:59 น.’

⠀We would like to inform you that, in order to provide a more intimate concert experience and optimize the event setup and seating arrangement, the venue for U-KNOW PROJECT 26 : SCENE#1 in BANGKOK has been changed from ‘Thunder Dome, Muang Thong Thani’ to ‘Phenix Grand Ballroom’.

⠀The performance date and time will remain unchanged: Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

⠀Seat reassignment will be carried out by maintaining your original seat position and order as closely as possible under the new seating layout at Phenix Grand Ballroom. All ticket benefits and privileges will remain unchanged. In addition, the eligibility period for the ticket purchaser benefit has been extended from ‘August 14, 2026’ to ‘August 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM’.
