@sprint most insane policy ever. Ordered phone online for pickup in store. Arrive 10 minutes before pickup time. Absolutely ZERO Customers in the store. 6 associates. Told I have to wait until 12:30 which ‘is really like 12:45 for processing time’. ‘Policy’. Come on sprint...
