Adversity doesn’t build character—it reveals it. My ACL surgery is scheduled for July 16, and I’m ready to attack every step of the recovery process. I want to sincerely thank everyone who has reached out with prayers, encouragement, advice, and support over the past few weeks.
Great week!
Post-op appointment has me ahead of schedule!
PT has released me to start pushing weight in the weight room! (Welcome back leg day!)
Homecoming win for my guys and ending the weekend taking the HC queen to dinner and dance!

3-weeks post-op and had my follow-up with PT. Full flexion and hyper extension. Returning to the morning workout schedule next week with Bob Buckland and High Octane. Small wins! #ACL#Recovery#OL #2028
Seen these coaches and these players up close this spring and summer. Coach Bo, Coach Cig, and all I had the opportunity to talk with were 100% class, 100% focused, and 100% process!
Thank you Mark Cuban. But we’ll still fall back on the what WE know… Put the WORK in!
Stack meetings, stack days, stack moments, and compete every single day.
Soon they will HAVE to spot that ball and send out their best 11… We’ll meet you there.

5/180… one of my dad’s teachers sent me a card today. Much appreciated! Mr. &. Mrs. Scott, thank you for the support! Post-op appointment and first full session of PD. Trusting the process!

4/180 I was able to get out of the house for a little bit today. Fresh air and some time around my dad’s teachers and staff was some needed interaction.

Day 3/180… following doctor’s orders and doing as much PT as I can. Standing and adding weight each day. Appreciate all those that have reached out and stopped by!

It means more to me and my family than you know.
This is just another challenge to overcome. I’ll use this time to become stronger physically, mentally, and as a student of the game. The goal hasn’t changed—only the path to get there.
The comeback starts now!
