@NightShiftMD I worked midnights at Extendicare and was left alone with 32 residents. I was accused of neglect and when I realized I couldn’t do the job the way it was meant to be done I resigned. It’s unsafe for both PSW’s and residents. Stop blaming PSW’s for neglect because of your greed!
