@leaderonlineUK although I have spent over £500 on flooring and over £50 for what the hold message describes as a 5 star delivery service, it seems that after 2 phone calls on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer, nobody wants to help from Leader Floors. Do not recommend 🙂

A systematic review of research on workplace breaks shows that:
1) Regular micro breaks can be better than longer breaks
2) Outdoor breaks & fresh air are better than indoor breaks
3) Scrolling social media is the most common break type but it creates emotional exhaustion
