You go to NIRA, and they take your fingerprints and photos. Then you go to Immigration to acquire a passport, they do the same. You then go to Interpol for a certificate of good conduct. They still do the same.

What's so hard in integrating government agencies? Why do you have to take fingerprints forever?

If NIRA took my biometrics, why can't they share with sister agencies and make it easy to acquire these documents?

I ordered for a hot air fryer, 156 litre refrigerator, sound bar and a washing machine in November during the black November offers.

Shortly after I had made my payment, I changed my mind and decided to cancel out the washing machine & order 2 refrigerators instead.

Today after over 200 days, I’ve never gotten my refund of 1,060,000Ugx nor did I get the machine delivered. I tried reaching out for help several times and got tired after i kept getting an extension on days I was supposed to be refunded.
