This bridge mural project has been dedicated as a memorial to Gemma Watson who sadly passed away after painting her Christmas Tree for original project in 2000

It's important that community-led efforts not be re-purposed for party-political messaging, especially without permission. Seeing this project and work appear on a political leaflet which dropped through letterboxs today is troubling and disheartening. #community #grassroots

Maddening and sad that the children's murals from #milllanebridgeproject keeps getting tagged.

We have a local group who work quickly to remove it. This has been reported to local police today & @CamdenCouncil has helped us with removal on brick end art recently, thank you.

Yesterday we removed grafitti from 19 childrens murals. To help keep the #MillLaneBridge project look bright and beautiful, we have set up a local group of community members to help. DM if you wish to help in future. #westhampstead
