Enough with the political games. America is in desperate need of election reform. We have a Republican House and Senate, and President. There’s no reason we can’t get this done.
.@TimBurchett’s bill to defund the Taliban passed the House over 11 months ago.
The Senate still won’t bring it up for a vote.
They’re also still sitting on the SAVE America Act.
Senate Leadership apparently has no problem funding terrorists and no interest in securing our elections.
They refuse to do their job and they’re failing the American people.
Sometimes, I wonder why I do this work.
I wonder why I work so hard to elect Republican majorities into office
& — when we are in power — our very elected officials don’t wield or harness that power.
I wonder why I lose sleep, miss family vacations, & put my personal life on hold, so wealthy Senators can go on paid vacations
after not achieving the very promises they campaigned on.
Sometimes, I wonder if they truly care about us & if they actually want to represent the will of the very people that elected them into positions of authority.
I will tell you this: if the Senate ultimately does not pass the SAVE America Act, I will use all of the energy, hustle, & organizing efforts we used to elect these Senators into office
as tools to peacefully & respectfully defeat them in their upcoming elections.
The Senate is preparing a group of bills they are going to try to move in the House. They need these bills for their re-elections this Nov & yesterday they again failed at passing the SAVE AMERICA ACT. No members should be supporting their bills until they deliver on voter ID.
It is beyond EMBARRASSING that “Republicans” continue to block the SAVE America Act.
@SenThomTillis, @LisaMurkowski, @SenMcConnell, and @SenatorCollins have not only betrayed their constituents — they are ACCOMPLICES in Democrats’ “Illegals First” agenda.
The people of North Carolina, Alaska, Kentucky, and Maine deserve better.
Any Republican senators calling out Tillis, Murkowski, McConnell or Collins? Any Republican senators calling out Majority Leader Thune? Nope. None. It's political cowardice. Hold them all accountable. Every single Republican senator who refuses to call out and condemn Thune and the 4 RINOs should be primaried.
The E. Jean Carroll case against President Trump is one of the strangest civil cases in American history. The foundational problem is this: Carroll could not identify when the alleged incident occurred — not even the year with any precision.
That should have killed the case as dead as a skunk on the road right there.
Without a temporal anchor, no defendant — regardless of guilt or innocence — can mount an alibi defense. Trump, who has maintained detailed calendars and staff records for decades, was denied the most basic tool of self-defense: the ability to establish where he was. That is not a technicality. It is a due process violation at the constitutional level.
Then Carroll produced the one piece of physical evidence she claimed corroborated her account — the dress she wore during the alleged incident. It was subsequently established that the dress was designed after the incident could have occurred. The sole corroborating evidence falsified her timeline.
The case proceeded anyway.
The resulting verdict was then weaponized in a defamation suit — where Trump was held liable for denying the allegation, while being procedurally barred from defending against it, because it was already "proven" in another court, regardless how flawed the procedure was. He was punished, in effect, for asserting his own innocence.
Compounding everything: coordinated professional and physical threats so thoroughly intimidated the legal community that attorneys refused these cases regardless of available fees. When you systematically destroy a defendant's ability to retain counsel of choice, you forfeit the right to a legitimate verdict.
An allegation is not evidence. Process without substance is not law. And a verdict produced under these conditions carries no legitimate authority — whatever its formal status.
Not only is it the right move to investigate Carroll, but every other person involved as well. Trump is owed serious damages here, and there may be a few people who belong in prison for their roles in the case.
Reid Hoffman is a disgusting vile human.
A real creep.
He was behind both the Christine Blasey Ford sexual assault scam on Brett Kavanaugh and the E Jean Carroll sexual assault scam on President Trump.
All while he himself was visiting Epstein’s Island, ranch and apartment.
Dear @HawleyMO,
To you, you were just following a Senate procedural step by gavelling in a pro forma session.
To President Trump, you were blocking his recess appointments.
To MAGA voters and Americans at large, that action alone has cost them:
- Delayed border enforcement
- Slower deportations
- Delayed judicial appointments
- Slower dismantling of the Deep State
- Delayed economic reforms
- Delayed trade enforcement
- Delayed agency restructuring
- More time for bureaucrats to sabotage the agenda Americans voted for
You may call it procedure.
Americans call it obstruction.
And obstruction has consequences.
MAGA is watching.
Just FYI. @LeaderJohnThune has only had the Senate working 11 days in the entire month of May, and no other senator is calling him out for dereliction of duty.
Democrats lied about a "water main break" at the State Farm Arena in order to commit election fraud.
They then pulled out suitcases filled with ballots, running the same stacks through machines all night until Biden stole the Georgia 2020 election.
The entire fraud operation was caught on camera. Why aren't every single one of these people in prison? It was CAUGHT ON CAMERA.
Have you seen any member of the media ask Senate Majority Leader Thune why he doesn't allow President Trump to make recess appointments?
@LeaderJohnThune
