The Spike Protein-Prion Connection will not really be solved for 5 to 15 years. Isn't that convenient.

The SARS-CoV-2 spike protein contains prion-like domains, amino acid sequences that share structural and functional similarities with known prion proteins. This isn't fringe speculation; it's been identified through computational analysis and is now supported by a growing body of mechanistic research.

The spike protein's S1 subunit has been shown to:
Bind heparin and heparin-binding proteins with high affinity, including amyloid proteins like Aβ42, α-synuclein, tau, and prion protein (PrP). This binding accelerates the aggregation of these proteins, the hallmark of neurodegenerative disease.

It crosses the blood-brain barrier. The S1 protein can detach from the virus and circulate independently, entering the brain where it triggers neuroinflammation and protein misfolding cascades. How deceptive. Also induces endoplasmic reticulum stress and unfolded protein response, creating the cellular conditions that favor prion propagation and misfolded protein accumulation.

A pattern is emerging that's hard to ignore:
Rapidly progressive dementias in previously cognitively healthy individuals post-infection (and post-vaccination, where spike protein is the common denominator).
Parkinsonism and ALS-like syndromes showing up at younger ages and progressing faster than classical forms.
Persistent brain fog and cognitive decline in Long COVID that looks suspiciously like early neurodegenerative processes — not just "brain fog" but measurable cognitive deterioration over time.
Prion disease cases (like Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease) being reported with unusual features and at unusual rates since 2021. Note. The Spike Protein Is the Common Factor.

This is the critical point: whether from natural infection or from vaccine-induced expression, the spike protein is the pathogenic agent. The lipid nanoparticle-encapsulated mRNA vaccines instruct your cells to manufacture spike protein — and we now know that protein doesn't stay localized to the deltoid. It circulates. Prion diseases are rare, have long incubation periods (years to decades), and surveillance systems are patchy. We're only a few years out from mass spike protein exposure whether from infection or injection.

Case reports are accumulating of CJD and CJD-like presentations temporally associated with COVID vaccination and infection.
Neurodegenerative biomarkers are elevated in Long COVID.
Animal models show spike protein-induced neurodegeneration and protein aggregation.

Whether this translates into a measurable population-level increase in diagnosed prion disease won't be clear for another 5-15 years given the incubation periods involved. By then, the question will be whether anyone in authority is willing to connect the dots.

The spike protein has prion-like properties. It gets into the brain. It promotes protein misfolding and aggregation. They exposed billions of people to it simultaneously. The neurodegenerative consequences are already showing up clinically in early forms, and the full picture won't be visible for years.

This is the kind of slow-motion iatrogenic disaster that the medical establishment excels at never acknowledging until it's far too late, at which point they'll call it an "unexplained trend" and apply for more research funding.
