@davidcaceres_mx@LatinXChem Thanks for being interested. At the moment, I couldn't say an answer because all molecules are promising. But, the hybrids are being tested in SW480, SW620 and NCM460 cell lines. Hybrids with high citotoxicity and antiproliferative effect against malignant cells would be relevant
Hi @LatinXChem, this is my work to #LatinXChem23#LatinXChemOrg "Nuevos híbridos moleculares basados en cumarina-chalcona: Síntesis y Cálculos farmacocinéticos"
@SumbalSaba@LatinXChem But in first instance, this EDG's serie is interesting and useful to observe the effect of hybridization of both, chalcone and coumarin, comparing the hybrids with the natural products detached. However, we have contemplated increase the scope of the work with nitro and fluorine
@SumbalSaba@LatinXChem Thanks a lot for your reply. In the case of benzaldehydes, we had only dimethoxi and trimethoxys. We tried varying condensation using p-nitrobenzaldehyde but we had some issues, such as the appearance of various byproducts, one with equal chromatographic retention of the chalcone
