It’s always exciting when a new machine arrives! Last week we welcomed our latest addition. A fully equipped GFMS MillP500u with 20,000 rpm MSP HSK63 spindle and 170 position tool tower. This will be a great addition to our current automation cell!

We are very excited to welcome a brand new GFMS Mikron Mill X 400 U to enhance our arsenal of 5 axis CNC machines. This machine will be located in our Micron Precision Laboratory and will be integrated into new automation cell. Stay tuned as we build that out.

Check out these tellurium copper electrodes made on our multi-axis Nakamura Tome WT 150II. These were turned directly on 3R pallets. This ensures 100% true axial and radial runout of the electrodes to ensure the sink EMD’d part gets the best GD&T results from our inspection dep.

Check out this experimental squirrel-cage blower with very aggressive airfoils. The part was made from a high strength aluminum to achieve speeds much higher than normal for its size. Balance was ensured by maintaining tight tolerances, majority done in one set up!

Throwback to when we created this shrouded marine propeller for a boating enthusiast using 6061-T6 aluminum. Machined at our old shop, on an HPM450U using tooling from Zedaro this part turned out amazing.
