I'm quitting sugar

Today I had a few of those Lebkuchen cookies in the morning

In the evening I almost took another one, telling myself: it’s Christmas, I’ll start fresh tomorrow

And then it hit me:

If I take one now, what will stop me from taking one tomorrow as well?

Same with anything else you do. The choices you make today set the standard for tomorrow.
Repeating the same excuse only reinforces the habit.

Decide who you want to be and then act like it, its called rewiring your identity.
