@PokemonTCG @Pokemon I’ve just waited 13 hours on live chat after being charged on Pokemon Center and having no order confirmation, to be told that there isn’t an order. I did all troubleshooting steps, and the agent shut the chat down saying there’s nothing further they can do. I’m in utter shock
