@AvantiWestCoast absolutely disgusted my son is on the train to London his one at Crewe was cancelled and they all had to get on the next train! No seats available for the 2.5hrs to London But seats available in first class and told he had to pay £200 if they wanted that one!

@TicketmasterUK finally got through selected slot was going to pay the extortion amount and still would t go through! Then couldn’t change dates! What happened to once you were in you were in! On your app and it’s saying something is wrong yeah the running of the app! Gutted!!
