If the prosecutors are saying the person who did this, thought about it for a long time. Then that person would’ve put a bag around the weapon to catch the shell casings. They can not say the killings were used by a family gun. Collecting the evidence was really bad.

The one thing hurting Alex Murdaugh, is him leaving his phone at his house while riding in golf cart to the kennels and being on the video. It looks intentional and it looks like he used the golf cart to drop Maggie’s phone off.

Makes more since with two shooters. As bloody as it was, there is no blood on the golf cart or any other major tracks anywhere on the property. They should’ve looked at the cell phone towers to see all the phones in that area being used at this time frame.

As many drugs Alex had in his system, there is no way he would be able to focus enough to clean his body good enough after being covered in the back splatter, get rid of murder weapons and clothes. He would’ve messed up everything.
