Europe was willing to pay a high economic price for Ukraine's freedom. But when it comes to Iran, suddenly the price of oil matters more than the blood of innocent people!

You sit across from a representative of a regime responsible for executions, torture, and the brutal repression of its own people, and your main concern is reopening the Strait of Hormuz.

How many more Iranians must die before Europe realizes that human lives are worth more than its economic interests?

You claim to have raised the issue of repression. Is that all the Iranian people deserve? A few diplomatic words while their executioners are welcomed at the negotiating table?

Would Europe show the same diplomatic courtesy if its own citizens were being slaughtered?

The blood of Iranian children is not the price Europe should be willing to pay for cheaper oil!

Stop treating the suffering of 90 million Iranians as a secondary issue while negotiating with their oppressors. Human rights are not a privilege reserved for Europeans!

Austria was willing to make significant economic sacrifices to support Ukraine. But when it comes to the people of Iran, suddenly every cent at the gas pump seems more important than a human life!
You speak with Iran’s Foreign Minister about international law and reopening the Strait of Hormuz. But where are your clear words for the people being killed, imprisoned, and brutally oppressed in Iran?
Does your solidarity only matter when the victims are European?
Human rights are not a commodity whose value can be negotiated according to oil prices!
The freedom of Iranians is worth no less than the freedom of Ukrainians. And the life of an Iranian child is worth far more than saving a few cents at an Austrian gas station.
Those who preach human rights have no right to remain silent the moment economic interests are at stake!
