🚨🇺🇸BREAKING: NEW TEXAS STOCK EXCHANGE BACKED BY BLACKROCK AND CITADEL

A group backed by BlackRock and Citadel Securities plans to start the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE).

The exchange has raised about $120 million and will file registration documents with the SEC later this year, according to CEO James Lee.

TXSE aims to facilitate trades in 2025 and host its first listing in 2026.

It will compete for primary and dual listings, attract exchange-traded products, and challenge compliance costs at Nasdaq and NYSE.
