No - the jobs don’t need to be filled first. Accenture posting these senior roles right now is the proof the lease is already signed under NDA. You mobilise the construction PMO after the deal is inked, not before the announcement.

Announcement can (and usually does) drop while hiring is still ramping.

June rerate is still very much on.

Accenture just posted 4 senior Data Center Construction roles in Sandersville, GA today (Senior PM, Construction Mgr, Design Mgr, Document Control).

CEO said “advanced negotiations” on May 11. 122 acres cleared. Zoning locked. SVP Finance hired.

Lease executed under NDA. Public announcement in the next 7–21 days.

This is the catalyst. Tick tock.

$CLSK had 1 red day in 11 trading days and all the bears and FUD people came out of their caves to say it is over😭. I wonder if they will be saying the same things when the stock price has a red day and we go from 30 to 27$.

$CLSK - Update
The past weeks we've been on it with $CLSK. I told caution this week looking at the $16.50-$17.50 level.

We don't want to get below and see a close. So far $25 is still the dominant level to watch.

So far $CLSK hasn't retested it's daily 8 EMA since half May when it moved up again. That's strong movement higher.

That blue shaded area won't be easily reclaimed.

Weekly panes still have room to move here on 🔷🔷🔷

@letsgochampx @WolseleyFund Haha, no worries! No, not paid 😆 I would assume because he likes what I post and the logic I use. I have an MSc investment banking degree and use fundamental analysis for everything I do so it’s probably a breath of fresh air than just FUD

@WolseleyFund It’s constructive to learn from mistakes yes, but your above learning goes on to essentially assume you time the market perfectly which isn’t really a fair reflection of what would have happened but rather what could have - as for the CLSK stuff, I have to disagree!
