Steam's $100 app fee comes back to you. Valve repays it in the payout after that game clears $1,000 adjusted gross revenue.

The catch is the clock. On your first few games you can't release until 30 days after you pay it, and your coming soon page has to be public for at least two weeks.

Pay it when you start the store page, not launch week.

@LucasBotkin Ha, so every hat needs a head per character. That's a stack of heads by the tenth hat, but it still beats fighting a cloth sim.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@arcwrightengine Naming the lamp is the gold bit. Does Frame Doctor diff against the frame before the agent's change, or only report the current one?

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@LucasBotkin Head swaps are the sane call at that poly count, mate, way less fight than wrangling props onto a rig. Are you keeping the neck verts identical across every head so the seam doesn't pop on swap?

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@WillMakesTV Losing one round in three to chat on day two is a good sign. Nobody sticks around long enough to beat a broken Bomberman.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@davidarngar Jolt's the easy win on that list if you're in Godot. It's built in now and new projects use it for 3D physics by default, so there's nothing for the agent to wire up.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@paddleurway @Aura_Assistant Not on its word. On a replay I can watch, sure. A "confirmed" verdict from an agent is still just an agent saying it's done.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

Aura just open-sourced Autopilot, an agent that plays your game inside the editor and writes up what's broken.

Before you trust "beats Claude Code at playtesting", read how they tested it. One Unreal 5.8 survival template, memory wiped before every run, Opus 5.5 on medium. Claude Code actually reached both goal tasks. Aura marked them as fails because it cheated to get there.

What you can use today:
- Apache 2.0. Plugins for Unreal 5.4-5.8, Unity 6+ and Godot 4.7+, on Windows and Mac
- 4 prompt types: explore, test, verify, goal
- Already paying for Claude Code or Codex? Run "autopilot connect claude" (or codex), then ask it to "Use Autopilot to..."
- Godot is plugin-only. The Aura app route is just Unreal and Unity

Start with verify prompts, like "verify the tree shakes when you hit it with an axe". Easiest way to catch it fibbing.

@Arcane_Aii Did the Tripo meshes go into Unreal as-is or need retopo first? That's usually where the "5 hours" quietly turns into 15.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@CosmicEntityTV Test arenas per mechanic are where it pays off for me. The agent can spawn the exact state it broke and replay it, instead of guessing from half the codebase.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@fizzychicken Cheapest optimisation in the whole stack. Clean context costs nothing, and the model stops "fixing" files you never asked it to touch.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@fizzychicken The GitHub issues bit is underrated. One issue per mechanic, link it in the prompt, and a fresh session picks up exactly where the last one died instead of re-reading half the project.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@hakimieiqbal 29.8k stars on the repo now. Word of warning: 49 agents chew through context fast. For a jam-sized game, start with one director and the one department you actually need, then bolt on the rest once the design doc's locked.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@jame581 59 skills now. The sneaky useful bit is in the changelog: Anthropic's plugin directory caps you at 512 files, so you ship a 295-file plugin-bundle branch instead of the repo root. Anyone stuck on BINARIES_NOT_INSPECTED, that's your fix.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@mortisbebop Valve's survey covers AI content that "ships with your game and is consumed by players". If that logo's on your title screen, it counts, and one asset puts an AI disclosure on your whole store page. Hand-draw it. You've already done the hard part.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@meta_alchemist Roblox's Q3 letter has the receipts. 80%+ of their top 100 games used AI tools last month, and two built almost entirely with AI cracked the top 20.
Nobody playing Huss Valley cares how it got made. They care if it's fun.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@cursor_ai Quick check if you grabbed it: the bad build was 2.1.313 and it drops an SSH key labelled svc-telemetry.
Mac: grep svc-telemetry ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
If that hits, uninstalling isn't enough. Run Cursor's remediation script and rotate creds.

[MindGameLabs @MindGamesLabs]

@FReza1984 Repo's at 29.5k stars now. 49 agents, 72 workflow skills. Catch for small games: every handoff between agents burns tokens, so on a weekend jam the hierarchy can cost more than it saves. Fine for a real GDD-driven project though.
