Mind - Community Update
This week we have made significant progress on MindTrade, including nodes that interact with CEXs and DEXs.
One interesting AI feature will be the possibility to state in plain English a rule to select items from a list. This will allow you to implement complex rules, for example when choosing which order to cancel on a CEX.

AI orchestration - LineTrace
LineTrace, the AI orchestration library that we developed internally, is ready.
LineTrace will allow us to easily develop a vast array of AI-powered nodes, potentially transforming MindTrade into a factory of Smart Agents, depending on user needs. The library also opens up the possibility of even more complex use cases, like multi-agent nodes.

Mind - Group Nodes
Group nodes and event nodes are now fully finished.
Group nodes enable grouping existing nodes together to create your own nodes; supporting an arbitrary level of nesting.
This means that group nodes can contain other group nodes.
Event nodes represent a condition to trigger the rest of the execution flow.

Mind Community Update
The development of MindTrade MVP is proceeding at a swift pace. We remain on track for release in Q1 and we want to share some insights on our ongoing work and progress.
On the technical side, development has focused on two major streams: the Mind Language and the AI orchestration library.
The Mind Language has undergone extensive refactoring, which has led to significant improvements in terms of latency, code clarity, error management, and ease of development for new nodes.
These benefits come from the fact that we managed to move more functionalities from the nodes to the Language itself, ensuring that the burden of managing complexity is increasingly handled by the Language. The improvements achieved, in turn, enhance the effectiveness of Maven and reduce the error rate of the chat-to-strategy feature.
Another development regarding the Mind Language stream has been laying the grounds for the Mind Language SDK, that will allow third-party developers to integrate their services inside Mind products. While this feature is not part of the MVP, initiating its development now is important to ensure seamless integration in the future.
Regarding the AI orchestration component, we phased out LangChain and replaced it with LineTrace, a proprietary library developed in-house. This library, in development since before the POC launch, is now fully equipped to handle all our needs. It follows a very similar approach to the Mind Language in representing execution flows with directed graphs and focuses on modularity and reusability of components.
LineTrace will allow us to easily develop a vast array of AI-powered nodes, potentially transforming MindTrade into a factory of Smart Agents, depending on user needs. The library also opens up the possibility of even more complex use cases, like multi-agent nodes.
Progress continues steadily on the front-end development. We are well underway the design phase and we are excited about the upcoming material, which we will soon be able to share for a sneak peek of what's in store.
On the business development front, we are making steady progress with the $MND token, however details cannot be shared at this stage due to ongoing negotiations and strategic considerations.
We look forward to sharing more updates on MindTrade's journey and are eager to unveil the exciting features and capabilities we're building.

Exciting news on our MVP release! We're on track for the Q1 launch as planned, fully aligned with our schedule.
On the technical side, we are working in parallel on three major streams:
1. Mind Language is seeing significant improvements.
2. Backend development for MindTrade is progressing well.
3. We've started the design phase for MindTrade's frontend.
We understand that grasping the pace of development may be difficult due to the closed-source nature of the project. While Mind will definitely be released as open-source software in the future, we aim to ensure its self-sufficiency and reliability before public release.
To shed some light on the progress, recent technical achievements includes:
- Ironing out most kinks in the first version of the Mind Language.
- Rewriting the code for node communication, a key step necessary for the next achievement.
- Identifying and implementing a solution for handling subgraphs in Mind applications, crucial for reusability and powering features in MindTrade MVP, such as Node Grouping.

In backend development, most code is complete, so we focused on enhancing our CI/CD pipelines and writing detailed development guidelines for faster onboarding of new team members.
For the frontend, we have finalized the specifications and the design phase has begun. We hired frontend developers so that we can focus only on the Mind Language and the MindTrade backend. We anticipate that in a couple of weeks we’re going to have material to share for a sneak peak of what’s coming.
This summarizes what we can share at the moment for the technical aspects of the project. We are working on business development, including everything that concerns the $MND token, for which we are in contact with major exchanges for listings. We also got in touch with market makers, which will be necessary once the token is listed.
Please bear in mind that, during this phase, we are pretty much obliged to be dry on details as some aspects are yet to be finalized and others are sensitive.
