@cowgirl_bebop @rwesthead I don't think for a minute Gary is going to agree to do this. But I'd love to hear him trot out the same "unethical" defense you're using for him. Should play well when he's able to punish teams for improper draft testing or cap circumvention but powerless to punish assault.

@cowgirl_bebop @rwesthead If Bettman wants to publicly declare that he supports Beach, I like the fact that his lawyers are asking that he do so. Gary has the power to force a resolution for Kyle Beach. The ask forces a concession/admission that he won't use it. That's not without consequence, IMO.
