By just investing in dividend paying stocks and also the stocks selling basic human needs

Water, electricity,gas,oil alongside wheat and cattle and my biggest investment munitions companies

Id say take your profits and roll them in guaranteed income

When shit hits fan trading which it does for most people over a lomg period
