If the emotional stuff is too heavy to bare

If the noise from thoughts is too high over here

If sleepless nights are wearing you out

The pressure of blood is turning you ou

If Life has became like invisible trap

It's time to grow and change in a wrap.

🔥AVOID OTHER PEOPLE'S NEGATIVITY💔

How people treat you is their HABITS!

What matters is how you REACT to their behavior.

🫷 Stop Feeling GUILTY.
You are not responsible for their EMOTIONS.
The people PLEASER 💔 is poor strategy
