The workers only leave to work, they're picked up & dropped off in 2-3 shifts. More than 25 people live in a 2500 sq ft home. The company drops off meals a couple times a day

Most women don't even know they are pregnant until at least 8 wks. Viability or assessment of maternal safety aren't caught before 6 weeks.

Doctors and hospitals didn't want to run afoul of these conditions and delay the procedure until the pregnancy is actively dangerous for the mother.

Women who lack means are given less access to prenatal care; when a problem could be diagnosed early on are missed.
Ultrasounds are a privilege.
