I hope this indoor-outdoor powered wheelchair is not from the NHS-funded wheelchair service.
Criteria for these are so strict - if you can shuffle short distances indoors with an aid, even if you need someone beside you to steady you if you wobble, you’re too good to qualify, even though most such people can’t walk outside.
This person may fluctuate with energy, but she doesn’t fit the criteria. She’s got very good muscle bulk in her calves, and very high confidence, so she probably walks daily and dances often. I note she has hidden her face to avoid identification. If the chair is NHS-issue, I wouldn’t hesitate to report her on suspicion of fraud if I knew who she was.
What else has she claimed under “disability” - adapted housing? There is not enough as it is.
