My facebook account has been hacked and the hacker has enables two factor authentication. You would think that somebody at Facebook could sort this? These people hold all this data and wont help. #facebookdisabledme

@Facebook Would love to be able to but after hackers changed my email and pone number and added 2 factor authentication I cant access my account. I but wait, Facebook will help me, oh no sorry, they be just ignored all my requests for help. #facebookdisabledme

@FirstEssex refusing two 12 year old school girls onto the no25 because they didn’t realise fares had gone up is appalling! Fortunately we were able to arrange something to make sure they got home safely. Zero stars for@Firstessex for customer service and safeguarding.
