Here’s how to take control:

For Job Seekers, ask questions like:

➡️ What’s one thing you wish you knew before working here?
��️ How do you support employee growth and learning?
➡️ How do you handle change within the company?
➡️ What’s the best thing about working here?
➡️ What challenges does this role face?

For Hiring Managers, ask questions like:

➡️ Why should we NOT hire you?
➡️ What’s a misconception about you?
➡️ What’s one thing you’d change about yourself?
➡️ How do you handle difficult or unhappy people?
➡️ What’s your proudest accomplishment in the last year?

A great interview is a two-way conversation.

Companies choose people.

And people choose companies.

Both deserve to know exactly what they’re walking into.
