More Emails Released: We identified programs in Medicaid & MN DHS contract/grants where double-billing was prevalent.

Double-billing generally means a single service is billed twice - to Medicaid & State Contract, which is fraud.

Fraud could have been stopped much sooner.

DHS is hiring a Grants Specialist there to manage “all phases of grants,” internal PAYMENT CONTROLS, grant budgets, funding requests and grantee compliance.

What happened to the $900K? Minnesota was one of the FEW states to fail miserably at the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Demo. DHS officials tried to cover up.
