@GrandTimberCO still owe us a nite stay. Comping $18 worth of bread and milk from your marketplace doesn’t replace the nite and money we lost. Telling all my friends who come to Colorado from Texas. Awful customer service!

[Mindy James LeBlanc @MinRox]

@GrandTimberCO worst customer service not honoring the 4 nites we paid for. Called and confirmed 4x the shift of the first night. We will never stay or purchase from you. You owe us 1 nite stay!

[Mindy James LeBlanc @MinRox]

@GrandTimberCO worst customer service! Paid 4 nights, called 4x to verify change of stay & now they’ve only honored 3 nites. We’ve been kicked out. 4 staff confirmed stay & now they show no record. Won’t stay or purchase @ any of your properties again!

@kdreiling @conflenti @AnthonyNBCLA This was hysterical and quite the Kramer moment.

@GregAbbott_TX thank you for your act of mercy and grace in soaring Bart Whitaker’s life. His father and step-Mom go to our church and are the most wonderful, God-fearing people ever. Thank you and God bless!

[Mindy James LeBlanc @MinRox]

@GregAbbott_TX Please spare a Thomas Whitaker’s life. He’s a changed man & can change so many lives in prison. Please show mercy as God has shown us.
