3. Upah tidak boleh di bawah Upah Minimum

4. Probation (masa percobaan) maksimal 3 bulan

✅Pasal 60 UU 13 Tahun 2003

Fyi, guys.. sebenarnya sistem kontrak merugikan!

Kontrak 6 bulan → diperpanjang → diperpanjang lagi
→ 3 tahun kerja dengan status "kontrak"
→ Tidak dapat pesangon
→ Tidak dapat jaminan
→ Bisa diputus kapan saja

Perusahaan: fleksibel, minim risiko
Karyawan: tidak ada kepastian, tidak bisa KPR,
tidak bisa kredit kendaraan, tidak bisa merencanakan hidup.

"Kontrak dulu, nanti kita lihat performance"

Performance dinilai 3 tahun, tetap kontrak.
Performance buruk, langsung diputus.
