@Biyo_lar Carrick got the job cos “he’s won more points that anybody since his arrival” and “across a season that’s tittle winning form” so surely there is no excuse not to be in a title race at least.
He definitely didn’t get the job because of his glowing CV…
He’ll be gone by Nov
@Darkmagicianfc@markgoldbridge@Chelsearory That’s what was asked of Amorim, and he never got backed either with midfielders. But everybody is rewriting history saying that he got sacked for results. Carricks football so far has been utterly uninspiring. I really hope he does well. But he won’t get backed & be gone by Nov
@giddy_fx@JenisysPlay Every coach will fail at United because of who owns the club. Give the job to Carrick, he won’t be backed properly and be sacked by December. Give the to a “best in class” manager like they said they would get, won’t back them and they’ll be gone in a year and a half. The cycle
@Corby2209@CerealSm4sher@teeside2018@Mohqoshin “Southgate, 53, has admirers among United’s Ineos chiefs.
But according to the Mirror, Man Utd have “moved on” from the Three Lions manager due to their respective timelines not aligning”
So they absolutely did want Southgate but couldn’t get him.
@UtdCritique@utdforever7@ManUtd The Glazers have made all this happen. But INEOS now take the blame even tho the glazers still make the decisions and still own the majority of the club. Sir Jim is just a fall guy for the glazers mistakes. They’ve played a blinder and the fans are falling for it
@Metaversal00 @CharZiyanah No system has worked for 10 years. United haven’t played good football consistently for a whole season in over a decade because we don’t let managers build anything.
@realistfootyops@africaweew@OwenUnitedView Top clubs arent rotten from the core. Uniteds ownership structure affects everything. 2 good signings but neglecting the glaringly obvious issues within the squad will mean any manager will fail. But sure sack Amorim, get a new manager and the players win again.
@DevilOpinions@Yanited922790@Moon_AGD After team that was already preforming badly, a new manager came in and did just as bad. How can that be a his fault? Give him some time and players he wants (instead of players he doesn’t like Rashford) and we’ll see where we end up. Can’t keep sacking managers
@DarcySutherlan4@shaunconnolly85 Not to mention absolutely zero noise about any other incomings. Everybody who we had talks with has or is going to another club. Yet again going for a plan C or D signing. After finishing 15…
@utdcynical If neither of those players did interviews saying they want to go, they could have carried on playing at the club. But they didn’t, they ran their mouths and got called out for it.
Also worth a mention that there are no offers for either of them.
