@RoyalMail @RoyalMailStamps This is the condition of the stamps in quite a few presentation packs I have checked. I am going to have to replace hundreds of pounds worth of these stamps. I know these are put in by machine but there is clearly an issue and a costly one at that.

How many times must they be returned before someone finally sees sense and looks at an alternative.

I was just checking some stamps after it was pointed out to me that some stamps within presentations packs are creased. I can confirm this and have spoken to @RoyalMail & @RoyalMailStamps who have confirmed these are put in by machine.

Also some are done by hand and you can actually see the nail mark from where the person has seperated them. These packs are not cheap and surely there must be an alternative. @RoyalMailStamps @RoyalMail are taking the enjoyment out of stamp collecting.

The stamp business is so bad that I will now only stock till April because of price hike, then presentation packs and mini sheets go four fold. 95p for a first class stamp is obscene and I’m sure most agree.

I’m only a sole trader and for me @RoyalMailStamps are making it hard. Look you guys who run the @RoyalMailStamps Twitter account, this is not your problem and I understand that. I know it’s @RoyalMail or maybe shareholders but you poor people get the brunt. I just did earlier.
