@deftlyinane I grew up in Brevard and from what I’ve heard from family and friends still there, there’s lots of damage but it was spared the catastrophic flash floods. A lot of the roads are still closed though, and cell service and internet are only just now returning.
I’m dog sitting for a month and I’m genuinely put out over how much better *I* feel now that I’m taking five to ten minute walks four or five times a day.
Unfortunately, the fitness girlies were right, yet again. Walking really is that babe. Stressed? Take a brisk walk. Overthinking? Take a slow walk. Too full? Take a walk. Wanna cry? Take a walk. Need to blow off some steam? Take a long walk.
