Justin Massie

I'm lame. I collect useless things. I like Batman and video games. I also have the greatest girl a guy could ask for.

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@JacketsInsider Any update on Boqy?

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@Aportzline @monstershockey Time to put Bean (only D on the big club with a contract situation at season’s end) on waivers and get this kid up here permanently so he can develop with the team.

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@Aportzline Not surprised. Since they want Jiricek to play big meaningful minutes in Cleveland, the gut feeling tells me we won’t see him until after the trade deadline when they clear room. Then he can cement himself as a regular in Columbus.

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@Aportzline I realize that a spot is needed for Werenski, but you send out guys who aren’t the future (ie: Bean or Peeke). I realize you can’t just send them to Cleveland. Put them on waivers and if they’re claimed so be it. Jiricek needs to play big league minutes.

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@JacketsInsider Some tough decisions looming when Laine and Werenski are activated…

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@Aportzline Though it was noon. Sorry!

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@Aportzline This partially solves the glut of forwards.

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@Aportzline Surprised he didn’t go with the batch yesterday

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@JacketsInsider did everyone clear waivers?

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@Aportzline is Tarasov and Chinakov the only injuries now?

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@RunJoshRun @RedsInFour He’s actually arb2.

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@CinciRedsFanMan A decision will have to be made on Barrero. He’s out of options so it’s make the team out of spring training or DFA and risk losing for nothing unless a trade can be worked out.

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@JayRBP @RedsInFour Farmer is the free agent. Sims will be after next year.

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@GDubMLB Any update on Vladimir Gutierrez after his setback and subsequent doctor visit?

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@CharlieG__ After Vladimir Gutierrez’s setback, is he considered done for the year?

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@ClintJWest @Reds Casali isn’t back. They just ended his rehab assignment. Still on the IL

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@OfficiallyJace @bryce_spalding Agreed

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@CharlieG__ He’ll be DFA’d by tomorrow anyway.

[Justin Massie @MinusTheV]

@Aportzline isn’t today qualifying offer day for the whopping two RFAs the #CBJ have left?
