Ich bin ehrlich erstaunt, dass ausgerechnet die Gesellschaft Schweiz–Israel die Geschichte so verkürzt darstellt. Die Flucht und Vertreibung der Palästinenser begann bereits vor dem Einmarsch der arabischen Armeen. Die Nakba einfach als Folge dieses Einmarschs darzustellen, wird den historischen Ereignissen nicht gerecht.

Ich frage mich ernsthaft, was das für Menschen sind, die Hunde zu Tode schlagen, Schafe erschiessen oder stehlen, Land rauben, das ihnen nicht gehört, Menschen aus ihren Häusern vertreiben und ermorden, um ihre Häuser zu stehlen, Olivenhaine zerstören, Felder niederbrennen, Familien terrorisieren, Kinder einschüchtern, unbewaffnete Zivilisten angreifen und ganze Dorfgemeinschaften in Angst versetzen.

Ich glaube nicht, dass solche Menschen von Gott erschaffen wurden.

Fair enough. I misunderstood you, and I'm sorry for that. However, I still don't see how the Logan Act applies to Mamdani. He's not conducting unauthorized negotiations with a foreign government. He's expressing a political position. In fact, he has since acknowledged that New York City has no legal authority to arrest Netanyahu and has instead called on the federal government to decide how to proceed. I still don't see how that falls under the Logan Act.

Yes, it's actually quite remarkable. You're relying on a law that came into force on January 30, 1799. That alone says a lot about the world you're still living in.

Since you told me to Google it, I did. The Logan Act applies to unauthorized negotiations by U.S. citizens with foreign governments. It does not apply to foreign nationals expressing their opinions on X. You may want to read the law yourself before lecturing others.

There you go again, making assumptions. When I mentioned Germany, it was only to point out that he also has roots in another country. It had absolutely nothing to do with Nazis.

And by the way, "free healthcare"? Switzerland has one of the most expensive healthcare systems in the world, and we pay for it ourselves. Nothing is free, despite what you seem to believe. Once again, that says a lot about your general knowledge.
