@united delayed our flight after we boarded and won’t let us off #. Nothing wrong with our plane or our crew. The delay is so they can fly a part to our destination. 1) plan ahead 2) rude 3) every passenger is due a partial refund we didn’t sign up for this.
@FedEx you continue to decline a claim that we have given many layers of proof that your team put our label on the wrong box resulting in a lost laptop for us and we’ve received another persons broken phone. No human will speak to us. I’m calling this theft. Make it right!
Update for anyone interested- FedEx still not being helpful. Literally talking me in circles. They have mastered the art of theft with no responsibility. No one is accountable, they send you through hoop after hoop until you’re exhausted and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
