Your ego is killing your growth.
Seek to understand things as they are, to see them as clearly as possible, not to warp reality so you're right.
You get to be right by being wrong, accepting it, reflecting on it, and correcting your course.
Follow the rules unless the rules are stupid…
If something doesn't make sense to you, you're not obliged to do it.
Even if everyone is telling you the contrary.
Most people don't have lives you would want.
Learn to think for yourself. It will save you lots of trouble
If you learn to differentiate your beliefs from reality, you can see everything as a formula.
Certain actions generate certain results.
It doesn't matter who you are or whether you believe you deserve it.
To understand why someone does what they do, you have to understand their values.
In this case, I would have to imagine how I would feel if I failed at something that I value a lot.
How would I feel if I worked for 6 months on something to grow my business and failed?
Trying to empathize with someone by "seeing the situation from their perspective" doesn't work.
If you want to understand someone try "seeing the situation from their values"
Here is what I mean… 👇
If I saw someone crying because they failed a test In school, it would be easy for me to think that that person is being ridiculous.
If I was in their place, I wouldn't care at all.
But that's because in my list of things that I value, school is at the bottom.
If your decision is yes, accept that you will have to sacrifice things to achieve it.
If your decision is no, accept that you probably won't achieve what you want.
What I remember most from a conversation with the wealthiest person I have ever met:
"How successful you will be depends on how much suffering you can endure."
This is my interpretation… 👇
But if your plan requires luck to work, it's a bad plan.
If you think you want something, stop waiting for it to happen magically and decide if you are willing to pay the price.
It has the bonus of making you more socially attractive.
And I can't think of a better way to live than to learn, grow, and share my experiences.
After months of thinking, this seems like the next obvious step in my life.
I can't think of a better way to ensure my future financially, open up opportunities to meet interesting people, and have fun than building a personal brand.
It became clear to me after observing one of my friends, that having an audience is a very efficient way to make money.
Some of them are going to buy what you sell.
Not necessarily because of the product, but because they like you.
3. Rather than trying to sell all their products in their ads, we focused on the best-performing ones.
This approach allowed us to achieve a greater volume of sales…
And then use those customers we are acquiring to sell them other products through email and organic content.
This is how we took this clothing brand from $40K a month to over $1M a month on average ⬇️⬇️⬇️
1. We transitioned from having 3 separate campaigns to a single campaign.
2. We stopped testing audiences and focused on creating better ads.
If you believe making money is impossible...
Learn about the stories of people who are where you want to be; you will see that some of them started in positions even worse than yours.
Learn about how making money works, so you see that it's not as complex as you thought.
