@MichealCodes No reasonable startup will spend $2k per month on initial cloud infrastructure and will not be able to pay senior Devs in the country. You don't just offer stipends to someone who spent years mastering his craft under the same toxic economy

If you can't pay them what they are truly worth, convert the rest of the value to other kinds of benefits like equity, percentages from side projects, not using too many undefined deliverables and unnecessary meetings to kill their time, and others.
