FDA REFUSED Moderna’s mRNA flu vaccine because the company hadn’t tested it against the vaccines seniors actually receive.
Moderna called for White House intervention.
Trump intervened.
14 days later, FDA reversed itself.
The missing trial was never done.
Instead, FDA approved the vaccine for seniors and moved the experiment to after licensure, when up to 800,000 people will determine whether it actually provides greater clinical protection.
Meanwhile:
• ~137 people must switch vaccines to prevent one additional case of flu.
• For every 22 who switch, one additional person has a reaction severe enough to stop normal daily activity.
• FDA found 29 unexplained/sudden/sudden-cardiac deaths vs. 12 in controls. No autopsies were performed on the mFLUSIVA deaths.
• The FDA advisory panel voted 9–0. Twice.
• For seniors, FDA approved on antibodies, not demonstrated superiority in illness, hospitalization or death over the enhanced vaccines they already receive.
And this license can help lower the evidentiary burden for Moderna’s next mRNA vaccine.
This isn't just a story about a flu shot.
It is a story about what “FDA approved” now means.

We don't necessary agree with this or support it but wanted to give an alternative viewpoint that i think got missed. A lot of ranchers are furious about the temporary beef import move, and I get it.
But there’s another way to look at the logic:
Cattle prices got so high that many producers can make the same (or better) money running fewer head. High margins on lower volume reduce the urgency to expand.
By putting temporary downward pressure on prices, the administration is trying to make volume matter again. If you need more cattle to maintain profit, you retain more heifers and grow the herd.
Short-term pain for long-term expansion. Whether it works is another question—but the incentive structure is real.
IS THIS EPIC CITY FOR KIDS?
An undisclosed buyer just paid $825,000 for 80.79 acres outside Athens, Texas.
The sale closed August 12. Public listings do not identify the buyer, and county records still list the previous owner. No intended use has been announced.
The only named buyer-side figure is realtor Sunya Sarfani.
Sarfani is the chairperson of the Aga Khan Youth and Sports Board for the Central United States—a Muslim youth organization operating under the Ismaili Council. Her leadership team includes a separate official responsible for “Camps & Lock Ins.”
That connection matters.
Camp Mosaic’s own operations manual says regional Youth and Sports Boards work with camp management to “identify an ideal camp site.” It also says Camp Mosaic is institutionally an AKYSB-USA program, with AKYSB serving as an equal stakeholder in every region.
Camp Mosaic serves Ismaili Muslim children entering first through eighth grades. Its manual says the program is built around a vision for “the future of the youth in the American Isma’ili Muslim Jamat.”
Its stated goal is to place those children in an environment “based on Islamic values.”
This is part of a much larger system.
Jubilee Monuments Corp., which operates Camp Mosaic, claims to serve more than 3,372 young people through over 25 camps every year.
Its programs extend from first grade through college. They include three-week residential camps for high-school students, a residential Camp Roots program in Dallas providing religious education tied to the Institute of Ismaili Studies curriculum, and a College Program on Islam designed to deepen participants’ Shia Ismaili Muslim “faith and identity.”
The newly purchased property is highly compatible with camp use.
It sits at the end of a rural county road and contains two residences, four barns, two ponds, a well, pasture, woods, electricity and septic. It is outside city limits, has no HOA and was listed with “No Known Restriction(s).”
The listing marketed it as a secluded “private retreat” with “room to grow.”
Who bought the land—and what are they planning to build?
The PRIME Act is the smartest long-term play for American ranchers.
Right now too many cattle producers are stuck hauling animals hundreds of miles to a handful of giant plants just to get their beef to market. That costs money, burns time, and leaves them with fewer buyers and thinner margins.
The PRIME Act changes that.
By letting more custom processors sell meat directly within their own state—to families, restaurants, and local stores—it opens real local markets. Ranchers keep more of the value. Small plants stay open or expand. Communities get fresher, traceable beef. And when producers can actually make a living selling what they raise, they have the confidence and cash flow to rebuild their herds instead of selling off.
It’s not a quick fix. It’s the foundation that lasts.
A stronger version would raise or remove the pilot’s five-facility-per-state limit, pair it with grants or low-interest loans for small processors to upgrade, and speed up state participation. That turns a good pilot into a real nationwide tool.
Herd recovery also needs backup: restoring more grazing land, practical drought and feed support, and policies that keep packers competing fairly. Those pieces matter. But without better processing access, the other efforts keep running into the same bottleneck.
Pass the PRIME Act.
Give ranchers the local markets they’ve earned. That’s how we grow the herd, strengthen rural America, and build a beef system that actually works for the people who raise the cattle.
This is an excellent open letter to President Trump by Brian Palmer
AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT TRUMP
Mr. President,
You have proposed allowing 300,000 metric tons of imported beef into the United States without the normal above-quota tariff, with the goal of lowering beef prices for American families while giving the American cattle herd time to rebuild.
If we’re going to do it, let’s make it a real test and make sure it supports ranchers at the same time.
Require every pound of beef receiving that tariff advantage to carry a clear Country of Origin label. And require the package to identify the packer and the country that ultimately owns that company.
For example:
PRODUCT OF BRAZIL
Packed by JBS — Brazilian-owned company
USDA Inspected
Then put it in the meat case beside beef clearly labeled:
BORN, RAISED & HARVESTED IN THE USA
PRODUCT OF THE USA
Packed by Greater Omaha Packing
American family-owned company
USDA Inspected
Ranchers have no doubt that imported beef can be sold cheaper on its own, but we’ve also removed the tariff so this should be a considerable savings. American families looking for the lowest price will have that choice.
But give American ranchers a fair shot too. Don’t let foreign beef receive a tariff advantage, lose its identity somewhere in the supply chain, and then compete in the meat case as though it’s the same product raised by American cattle producers.
You should find that you didn’t just save the 25% tariff…lean trim being imported isn’t just filling a supply gap, but it’s also being imported at a lower cost basis than US born and raised. You should save on both. Let’s not forget lean imported trim is blended and disguised today and not differentiated vs our proudly USA Born, Raised and Harvested beef.
US beef is worth a premium. Give it a chance to stand on its own feet and support ranchers while give the market an option for an even bigger savings.
@realDonaldTrump
As an Indiana cattleman myself, I am not surprised by President Trump’s decision to import thousands of tons of beef into our country to lower prices at the meat counter.
Let me be clear, there is no substitute for American beef, on American store shelves, from American beef farmers.
I am also sympathetic to the needs of Hoosiers who are struggling to pay higher food costs brought on by the Biden administration. While I don’t like the means the President had to choose, I do agree that the move is justified if it ends with Americans seeing lower prices in the grocery store immediately.
The real issue is the lack of a long term plan that has been stuck in Congress! Passing country of origin labeling, more support for local and regional processing facilities and USDA low interest loans for farmers who increase herd size would all support producers in order to grow their herds to a sustainable level, and increased competition on the market so prices can drop in the long run.
This should be seen as a temporary fix so Congress can pass long overdue reforms so American farmers can rebuild the greatest beef herd in the world. After all, U.S. farmers never were good at being panicans anyway.
President Trump is right to make lowering grocery costs for American families a priority. I share his commitment to bringing those costs down.
At the same time, short-term relief can’t come at the expense of American ranchers, free markets and long-term solutions. American ranchers have battled drought, rising input costs, and a out-of-control regulatory system that makes it harder and more expensive to produce here at home.
Florida ranchers, in particular, will feel this squeeze, and they deserve a long-term plan that doesn’t leave them in limbo. Increasing our dependence on foreign imports is not the answer.
That’s why the REINS Act is so vital, and why I’ll continue fighting for massive regulatory reform that puts American consumers and producers first. We can deliver relief today while building a stronger, freer market that lowers costs, strengthens American production, keeps our ranchers competitive, and brings grocery bills down for the long haul.

TWO FIGURES EVERY IRISH TAXPAYER SHOULD SEE SIDE BY SIDE
🇮🇪 Maximum State Pension (Contributory), 2026
€299.30 per week
€15,563.60 per year
A person can spend decades working and paying PRSI to qualify for the maximum contributory pension.
From that pension they still have to meet the ordinary costs of living:
Heating and electricity.
Food.
Housing costs.
Clothing.
Transport.
Insurance.
And the other bills that arrive every month.
Now compare that with the international-protection accommodation system.
At the €84-per-person-per-night average IPAS accommodation figure we've been discussing:
€84 × 365 = €30,660 per year
Then there is the standard adult Daily Expenses Allowance:
€38.80 per week = €2,017.60 per year
Giving:
€32,677.60 per year
in accommodation expenditure plus the standard adult allowance alone.
And that comparison still doesn't attempt to put a monetary value on healthcare, education or other additional supports for which an applicant may qualify.
To be absolutely clear: €30,660 is not cash handed to an asylum seeker. It represents the cost to the State of providing accommodation.
But that's precisely why this is a public-spending question.
Maximum contributory pension: €15,563.60/year
IPAS accommodation + adult allowance: €32,677.60/year
More than twice the maximum contributory pension.
The pensioner receives their pension and then pays their own living expenses from it.
The person accommodated through IPAS has their accommodation provided by the State and may receive the separate weekly allowance and other qualifying supports.
This isn't about blaming the person receiving either form of support.
It's about Government priorities and taxpayers' money.
After somebody has worked and contributed to this country for decades, is it unreasonable for them to look at these figures and ask:
Are we getting our priorities right?
The traitorous Irish govt has a plan (Project 2040 Ireland - look it up) to increase Irelands population & of course this population increase won't be from Irish births but by mass migration

The Muslim religion is the fastest-growing religion per capita in the United States, especially among minority races.
Last month I attended a training. During the training session, three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant, and Muslim faiths each presented their beliefs.
I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Muslim gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video.
After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers. When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Muslim and asked:
'Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?'
There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, “Nonbelievers"
I responded, 'So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?'
The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.'
He sheepishly replied, 'Yes.'
I then stated, 'Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine the Pope commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same to guarantee them a place in heaven!'
The Muslim was speechless.
I continued, 'I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me! Let me ask you a question:
Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?'
You could have heard a pin drop.
Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the 'Diversification' training seminar were not happy with my way of dealing with the Islamic Imam, and exposing the truth about the Muslims' beliefs.
In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in the US to elect the President.
I think everyone in the U.S. should be required to read this, but with the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized unless each of us sends it on! This is your chance to make a difference.

Can we take a moment to talk about how selfish the Biden family is for asking everyone to have sympathy for Joe Biden as he battles cancer when the entire Biden family wanted Donald Trump locked up in Rikers and Democrats were fantasizing about him not getting Secret Service in prison so they could have some third world dindu thug murder President Trump?
Seriously, can we just say to hell with these people?
I’m tired of having to be shamed into having humanity for my enemies.
Also, everyone knows Butler was an inside job and Biden’s admin denied Trump more Secret Service because they wanted to watch him get shot in the head on live TV.
Tell me one more time why I need to say something nice about Biden just because he has cancer.
When did everyone become so soft and weak? It’s pathetic.
It’s honestly so pathetic.
In 2018, the Identitarian Movement was almost as strong as we are today.
Then they shut down all our social media accounts.
Then they closed all our bank accounts.
Then they carried out dozens of house raids and started a huge trial in Austria, destroying our entire infrastructure, accusing us of forming a "criminal organization." We were acquitted.
Then they launched another wave of house raids, claiming we had formed a terrorist organization. The investigation and house raids were ruled unlawful due to a lack of evidence.
Then they banned our symbol in Austria and the entire movement in France, without any prior conviction.
I have NEVER committed any criminal act, but like @DVanLangenhove, I am under constant lawfare attacks.
All of this has cost millions of euros and years of working time.
I have lost or been denied more than 125 bank accounts since then. I was blocked from entering Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Canada, and the USA. My car and my parents' car were burned down, likely by Antifa terrorists.
Why am I writing this? To show you that Europe is not simply dying. It is being murdered.
The natural and organic reaction to our ethnic replacement is suppressed through insane amounts of repression.
Our legal systems are oppressive engines that, from time to time, simply "mow the lawn" of patriotic infrastructure.
They don't care about legality. The trial is the punishment. At the same time, Antifa terrorists are let loose on you. Debanking drains your resources, and deplatforming kills your presence.
We don't live in a democracy. We live in an open-air death camp that is designed to replace us and destroy our ethnocultural continuity.
If we had no censorship, no Antifa terrorism, and no lawfare, organic resistance against migration and Islamization would already have formed.
Our movement would by now be a huge European network with offices in every major city. A patriotic civil society would counter the left, and remigration would be the norm everywhere.
The only reason why this is not the case is pure, brutal repression without any legal basis.
And since we are growing right now, the next repressive strike to "mow the lawn" will come soon.
Please remember: Europe's death is not just "happening." They are murdering us.
I’m Moroccan, and I love Morocco. That’s precisely why I believe we have to tell the truth.
What happened at the Ceuta border was humiliating. It projected an image of a Morocco whose people are so desperate that tens of thousands tried to leave at once, and of a state that appears willing to use migration as leverage against a neighboring country.
Our approach to immigration needs to change. Morocco can negotiate with Spain, but not this way. Moroccans are not bargaining chips, and their lives are not expendable. Those who died died for nothing, and no one has accepted responsibility.
Blaming Spain does not absolve Morocco of its own responsibilities toward its own people. Period.
Thousands of military-age men were brought in trucks to the Moroccan-Spanish border in Ceuta. Most of them freed criminals pardoned by the king yesterday!
Notice the Moroccan officer assisting them. This was all coordinated by the Moroccan government.
