Good ppl of twitter: I have defended my PhD! I am one of those highly suspect weirdos who loved my time in the doctoral program, and am so very grateful to @Adita_Ferrer@BW_historiadora@GregGrandin@AleVelascoNYU & Monica Kim for their guidance and friendship over the years.
Also excited to share that I will be joining the Princeton dept of history this fall as a postdoc (hurrah @PrincetonHist)! Looking forward to bucolic commutes to the sister republic of New Jersey, thrilled and grateful for this next step!

At what point does policing, censoring, and fear mongering about a peaceful, heavily Jewish student movement amount to antisemitism?
The way the term has been thrown around by many American politicians is appalling and it belittles the real threats to Jewish communities.
