People lack understanding of mental health& love to overdramatize everything they do/feel, Most people experiencing active psychosis have little insight into what’s happening, others around them do.

Active psychosis implies much more than what your average X user thinks it is, your little shopping spree where you put yourself in debt to buy the new lululemon drop isn’t psychosis

@GengarVoid @140shordy @deadswayze Alright, looked up some facts, not a 4 week pregnancy.But it wasn’t 4 weeks old fetus either, multiple people reported seeing a woman in distress, probably had a stillbirth walking around and instead of going to medical she did that.I agree that she needs to be held accountable
