@DeMahela I did the smart thing of taking a “drug holiday” and that really was not a good idea. I had several bursts of BPD episode and a grand finale that resulted in a massive breakdown 😪 now I’m back on the meds. Trying to get back into a routine and remember my DBT ❤️‍🩹
