@novaramedia I suggested it on your Facebook page, and the same people began harassing me for doing so. I had to delete my comment. Your unmoderated comment sections can be so nasty that they force trans people to bite their tongue, whilst these bigots just feel more and more emboldened.

@novaramedia I have an issue with how you moderate your FB posts. It's admirable that you're the only UK media outlet supporting trans people, but whenever you post about trans issues you get a ton of vile abuse thrown at trans people in your comments. Why allow it?

@AskPS_UK Ok I've just tried again and it took it that time typically. When we tried before (on two PCs and multiple browsers) it kept saying we needed to complete the captcha in red text but still not showing it. It's submitted now at least.

@AskPS_UK Have had 2 erroneous PS+ cost come out of my account and when I went to message your customer service the form is broken as the captcha isn't working. How can I contact you to fix this situation? Not happy at all with a random £100 coming out 3 months b4 auto-renew

@AskPS_UK Both Chrome and Edge, neither work. Screenshot to show what I mean. You can see it ask for the captcha but nothing shows. I am very concerned that you have charged me a random £100 and this is not something I'd hope to contend with just to find out some answers and get a refund.

@AskPS_UK It is not showing up. It says I can't submit the email without filling in the captcha, but there's no captcha there. Tried it on two PCs, and paused ad-block etc.
