@AmazonHelp My order was cancelled stating 'pricing error.' ur support then asked me to reorder nd assured me the price difference would be refunded on delivery. The original item was out of stock, so I ordered a similar product. Now they're refusing the refund. This is unfair.

@AmazonHelp Got a defective BLDC fan (remote not working) from Amazon. Already paid ₹350 for installation, now ordered replacement that means paying again for installation. This is unfair customers shouldn’t bear costs due to defective products. Expecting reimbursement.

Ordered Havells Aquas Neo RO 2 days ago. During installation today, the technician found the top plastic body already broken. On top of that, wrong drilling caused wall leakage. Spent Rs.2000+ on plumber charges and issue still not fixed. Diasppointed @havellsindia @AmazonHelp

Ordered 2 items from Amazon separately, received them in one package, and one item is missing. Contacted support, and instead of a replacement, I’m being asked to wait 4-5 days for an “investigation” after already paying for something I never received. Wow experience @AmazonHelp
