I had a productive meeting with Dr. Doris Uwicyeza Picard @DodoPicard, CEO of the Rwanda Governance Board @GovernanceRw, to discuss Rwanda’s remarkable Home-Grown Solutions (HGS). These locally developed governance innovations provide valuable insights for other countries through South-South cooperation.

We also explored the idea of a regional conference on rethinking governance, an initiative she warmly welcomed.
