A Thread on emergency medical condition

Went to Danapur Railway Station today to drop my mother. The train started leaving the station at 11:15 and stopped. A coach attendant came running and screaming “ ek passenger behosh ho gya hai, koi doctor hain yhan pe??”

Instinctively I went running inside the coach to see a 55-60 yr old man lying unconscious with spot of blood from his nostrils. The man was taken out from the coach and I checked the Airway, Breathing and any bleeding . His GCS was E1V1M1, how ever a feeble radial pulse
