Hi @SpursOfficial would a supervisor in the customer service, regarding the transfer of ST to another member could contact me. It seems my son having a disability means he can no longer accept a seat out of the disability section. Which is ironic as it’s even more discriminatory
@SpursOfficial so while it’s nice you recognise my son’s disability, you’ve now made it impossible for an 8 year old Spurs fan to access a game. We have tickets from a friend for the Chelsea game and you won’t allow him to accept these because he’s registered as autistic with you
@SpursOfficial what’s even more distressing about this is the fact ever since my son was registered as disabled we have been unable to get a ticket as they sell out. Even though I log on at 2pm and even with the new queue system.
