@SoakandSleep you delivered my order well over your advertised 3-5 working days. It was 10 working days. Because of this delay, I had moved out of the address and couldn’t receive the order. And now all you offer is a £10 “goodwill gesture”. Not acceptable. Please refund.

Don’t shop with @cettire. Their returns portal doesn’t work, they don’t reply to emails and then when you pass the 14 day returns period because of this, they refuse to give you a refund AND ghost you. What a scam.

@vivaia_official are you a real retailer??? I purchased over £300 worth of shoes that have not arrived. Your customer service agent said it has been “delivered”, yet I have seen no proof. I am worried you are a scam. Please respond ASAP
