@VirginTrains for the first time I’ve paid extra to travel first class and really disappointed that close to London all staff disappear! Checked online & we’re 15 mins delayed from Glasgow central, another drink would be nice...but no one around?? 🤔🤔 #virgintrains #disappointed

[Laura @Missavoo]

@Glasgowclub How do we know what classes are on Easter Monday please? Thanks!

[Laura @Missavoo]

Thanks @EdenMill for the very quick delivery of my mum’s birthday present! You use a fab courier who kept me updated and it was packaged really well! We already know the contents will be fab! 🤪 #edenmill #mixology #gin

@VirginTrains Found a member of staff....officially in the hottest coach on this train, but she will try and sort it! 😰🤞🏼🤞🏼

[Laura @Missavoo]

@VirginTrains Yet to see a member of staff and unsure where they are! Can you not help get a message to them please! Everyone is melting in this coach! You’ve already made everyone late, we just want some cool air!

[Laura @Missavoo]

@VirginTrains pretty please can someone turn off the heat in coach e on the delayed train from Glasgow central to Euston?? Just in Carlisle and it’s roasting!! 😰😰😰 #virgintrainswestcoast
